We have an exciting new opportunity for a Facilities Department Analyst to join our corporate Facilities office, located in Poway, CA. Under general supervision, this position is responsible for providing administration and analytical support of the facility portfolio with respect to space and client needs/customer requests.


  • Administers daily operational aspects of multiple ongoing customer requirements for the various business units, participates in tracking customer Facilities requirements for real estate, space allocation, project requirements, and maintenance.

  • Develops and maintains all customer service requests database, metrics, and tracking.

  • Integrates and analyzes customer requirements with regards to scope and schedule to ensure milestones and delivery requirements are met.

  • Interfaces with internal Facilities department to ensure data flow and accurate reporting of the departments performance.

  • Participates in problem solving with Line of Business Managers, Occupancy Planners, and potentially clients.

  • May represent the organization with outside organizations.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and three or more years of progressive professional project administration experience.

  • Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.

  • Must be customer focused.

  • Must have experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.

  • Must have good analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings.

  • Must have good interpersonal skills enabling an effective interface with other professionals

  • Have a fundamental understanding of statistical modeling and tools.

  • Understanding of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Access, highly desired.

  • Previous facilities experience is a plus.
