  • Primary responsible for sustainment of the MQ-9 engine and related components

  • Responsible for complete supply chain of engines from field to subcontractor.

  • Develop and maintain control systems that accurately measure results that are not limited to:

  • Creating metrics and maintaining a 60-day TAT time for repair and overhaul.

  • Develop and maintain engine sparing model to support USAF MQ-9 fleet

  • Creatively Reduce costs, TAT and maintaining quality with respect to return on investment

  • Responsible for CEMS (Comprehensive Engine Management System) tracking and management and to assist government with field management of engines

  • Manage Engineering, Logistics, and Maintenance programs for USAF and other customers

  • Primary liaison point with customer; ASI Engineering, manufacturing, warehousing, and major subcontractors

  • Travel to field sites to coordinate testing, training, logistics, and field support programs. Travel to subcontractor locations and Government Program Office for meetings.

  • Direct all operations of the program within cost limitations and schedule, including staff, systems, procurements, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and administration

  • Prepare and manage the submittal of contract data items not limited to cost reports and CDRLs

  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to program master plans and schedules and/or costs

  • Ensure the program objectives and the Company‚Äôs contract commitments are met

  • Act as primary customer contact to ensure satisfaction and develop follow-on and new business

  • Maintain technical and business integrity of the product/program

  • Present briefings to organizational and group management as well as customer representatives on significant program issues. Represent the corporation to customers and suppliers

  • Develop proposals and statements of work

Job Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in engineering, science or a related technical field as well as eleven or more years of progressively complex program administration experience with at least five of those years managing programs. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.

  • Demonstrates technical expertise and application of program management principles, concepts, and practice as well as program management and leadership skills including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines or milestones.

  • Must be able to develop solutions to problems that require coordination of technologies across program requirements.

  • Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other departments, all levels of management, professional and support staff, customers, potential customers, and government representatives.

  • Customer focused, must be able to work on a self-initiated basis and in a team environment, and able to work extended hours and travel as required.
