We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Night Shift Janitor/ Floor Technician to join our Facilities group in the San Diego, CA area.


  • Follows established antiseptic techniques and uses appropriate solutions to clean and wash fixtures and restrooms.

  • Sweeps, mops, dust, and vacuums offices, hallways and entrances, polishes furniture, fixtures and trimmings requiring long periods of standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50lbs.

  • Performs floor and carpet cleaning, including stripping, waxing, and buffing floors, and hot and cold water extraction.

  • Notes and reports items needing repair and hazardous conditions requiring correction.

  • Gathers and disposes of trash, washes and relines waste containers.

  • Works in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

  • Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent along with two or more years of related experience.

  • Additional work experience may substitute for high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must possess: (1) the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English; (2) a valid driver's license and a clean driving record verified by the DMV; and (3) the ability to use power equipment. May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and may require lifting above shoulders.

  • The ability to work independently is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required.

  • U.S. Citizenship is preferred.
